Resetting Your Eden Method or Eden Living Account Using a Mobile Device


The process for resetting your Eden Method or Eden Living account password is the same on both mobile devices and desktops. For users attempting to reset their password on a mobile device, please refer to the guide titled "Steps to Reset Your Eden Method Password" below for detailed instructions. 


Steps to Reset Your Eden Method Password:

How to Reset Your Eden Living Password by Switching from Eden Method Accounts

  • After logging into your Eden Method account with your new credentials, click the 'Navigation Menu' (three horizontal lines) on the left, then select 'Eden Home.


Step 2: Switching to Eden Living Account.


  • In “Eden Home”, select "Eden Living" to complete the account switch. Once you’ve successfully switched to your Eden Living account, your password will automatically update to match the one you set for your Eden Method account.
